Cancellation Policy
1. All-Inclusive Service Policy
To ensure the highest quality results and a seamless experience, all braiding services are all-inclusive. I provide premium pre-stretched braiding hair for all styles. For "Boho" services, 100% human hair curls are provided (only for the Luxury Boho Experience-included in package).
Note: Please specify your desired hair color in the booking notes. Standard colors (1, 1B, 2, 4) are kept in stock. Custom colors require 48-hour notice.
2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be credited toward your total service fee.
Your remaining balance is due at the time of service. My pricing now includes all processing fees for your convenience.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
"No-shows" will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.
4. Arrival & Prep
Please arrive with your hair free of any previous styles (braids, twists, etc.).
All services include a deep-cleansing wash and blow-dry. You do not need to wash your hair before your appointment.
Due to the limited space of my home studio, please do not bring extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.
